We are excited to share the highlights from the recent PMU-B Brainpower Congress 2023, where Mr. Ratabhat Wangtawesap showcased his ongoing research in a well-received poster presentation. The conference, themed “Frontier Research to Future Industries,” was held in Phetchaburi and brought together over 700 professionals from diverse fields. Mr. Rathabhat’s presentation, titled “THE EFFECTS OF FLOODING CONDITIONS ON DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF BALLASTED RAILWAY TRACKS,” provided insightful advancements in his field of study. His work, characterized by depth and innovation, demonstrates significant potential for practical applications in future industries.

Before embarking on his current research journey, Mr. Rathabhat completed his master’s degree with outstanding marks, focusing on ” IMPACT OF DRAINAGE PROBLEM ON DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF BALLASTED TRACK-BRIDGE STRUCTURE.” His academic excellence and potential for groundbreaking research earned him a one-year research assistantship from the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU-B). Mr. Rathabhat will continue his research on the topic of vehicle-track-bridge dynamic interaction. This research is crucial for understanding and improving the safety and efficiency of transportation infrastructure.
